As a Director, Human Resources Business Partners, your work at Tegria will focus on providing overall direction for the human resources business partner function for Tegria’s revenue cycle management division—leading in the development and implementation of people-focused strategies enabling our teams to successfully grow and achieve their goals. You play a key role in the building of culture and connection between our employees and our mission, vision, and values.
In this high-profile, high-impact leadership position, your work will focus on the areas of employee engagement, employee development, performance management, policy development, and employee relations. Your human resources business partner team plays a significant role in the organization—partnering with our leaders to think and act strategically about our people, our company, and the collective culture we are creating.
This is an exciting time to join Tegria as there is an opportunity to immediately influence the organization by building employee-focused programs from the ground up. You will serve as both a change leader and change facilitator, constantly ideating and implementing innovative programs to improve our organization.
Upon joining the team, you will focus on aligning our business partner team structure to best support our future organizational operating model, while also jumping in to lead in the development and rollout of unified policy, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
