Precision Pools & Spas is a large pool company that has been in business for 25yrs. We build, remodel, service and sell chemicals. Our company prides itself on a great customer experience and continued education to keep us on the cutting edge of our industry. Our HR/Office Manager is a key member of our management team. Providing the first contact for our customers and keeping our HR running smoothly is essential for maintaining an exceptionally run company.
Responsibilities include:
*Creating a welcoming environment for all employees
*Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal laws and regulations
*Facilitate communication between employees, management and all departments
*Complete all payroll paperwork and maintain employee records
*Process biweekly payroll for 30-40 employees through our time keeping systems
*Conduct new hire orientation to educate employees
*Maintain and oversee employee benefits program
*Answer phones/transfer calls/take messages
*Arrange Travel
*Assist Management in special projects
*Maintain daily office functions and ordering supplies
*Assist in Insurance audits
*Maintain Subcontractor files
*Respond to incoming office emails
*Update company policies and maintain employee handbook
*Quickly learn new systems used in interoffice communications
Qualifications
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Organizational skills and attention to detail
*Proficient in Quickbooks, Word, Excel & Google Docs
*Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
*Strong interpersonal skills & a love of helping people
*Attention to detail, self motivation and the ability to multitask
*Desire to learn and understand the pool industry
