As the Talent Acquisition Lead at 1904labs you will be experienced with full-cycle recruitment in a high volume environment. You thrive on building relationships with top talent and being creative in your sourcing strategies. You are driven to achieve quarterly goals and enjoy the challenge of uncovering top technical talent and a commitment to providing a world class candidate experience.
Cultivate and grow organic pipelines of top performing candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly hiring goals.
Be a 1904labs brand ambassador in the St. Louis technical community. Design and facilitate company sponsored events (user groups, meetups, conference, etc) both virtual and in person once we are past Covid! This may be outside typical work hours.
Provide a world class candidate experience from application through offer stage with a high touch engagement strategy.
Close passive top performing candidates on full time opportunities.
Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your recruitment experience.
Communicate effectively with internal hiring team throughout the candidate’s life cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency/staffing environment
Proven ability to creatively attract top talent in the industry and achieve quarterly hiring goals
Drive to engage with and become part of local technical community through non-conventional sourcing strategies (user groups, meetups, conferences, etc)
High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
