Overview:
We’re looking for a Human Resources Processing Specialist Senior to join our team.
You will report directly to the HR Operations Supervisor. You will be responsible for all transactional processes associated with employee access to select systems and electronic record-keeping.
Creates, updates, and maintains all employee records in Human Resource Information Systems
Orders and reviews any testing required for new and on-going employment, to include, but not limited to backgrounds, drug testing, fingerprinting, and OIG.
Requests and tracks items identified as employee renewables.
Communicates non-compliance with record-keeping requirements
Assists with the development, review, and maintenance of department processes
Serves as a reliable source for process and procedure clarification
Serves as a team ambassador for process changes and integration
Participates in new employee training
Participates in special projects
About You:
Associates Degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of data processing, preferably in an HR environment
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
