Job Duties:
Builds recruiting resources by conducting research, cold-calling passive talent, networking for referrals
Partners with executive management and Human Resources to understand business strategies and organizational plans
Advocates operational excellence
If required, selects and manages recruitment firms
Facilitates “shared ownership” calls with managers when opening a vacancy, discussing and agreeing on what roles both parties need to play to provide the best chance of achieving a high quality hire in a timely fashion
Regular check-ins with hiring managers, keeping them informed of status, openly dialoguing about how to mutually overcome obstacles and holding each other accountable for playing the roles agreed up front
Conducts telephone prescreening interviews and reference checks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
