The Human Resources Manager will lead the day-to-day planning and execution of the people strategies including talent acquisition, compensation/benefits and leave administration, and resolutions of work-related issues. The position will contribute to the success and well-being of staff by connecting them to high-quality programs and innovative resources designed to foster continuous learning and professional enrichment. The position will also lead special projects and ensure that the HR function is strategically aligned with the direction of the organization as a whole.
