You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function, while being the go-to resource for all employee inquiries related to benefits, onboarding, recruiting, training, compliance, and employee relations. Duties and Responsibilities:*

Employee Benefits*: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits-related inquiries, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and voluntary insurance. Ensure employees have access to accurate information, resolve issues, and assist with open enrollment processes. Reconcile monthly benefits invoices.

Onboarding and Recruiting*: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Training and Development*: Collaborate with department leaders and the education department to identify training needs and assist in developing and improving effective learning programs. Coordinate and administer training sessions on various topics, including compliance, diversity and inclusion, and job specific training.

Compliance and Policy*: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure company-wide compliance. Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals. Responsible for EEO-1 & 2 reporting, Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 log posting/recording, FMLA, ADA, ACA, CDL, and Personnel Records management.

Employee Relations*: Act as a trusted advisor for employees, providing guidance and support on various employment-related matters. Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and propose effective resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:*
Bilingual (English / Spanish) – 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.*

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
