Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role as the key liaison between our executives and internal/external clients. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly and welcoming point of contact for executives, clients, and stakeholders.
Handle calls, messages, and correspondence with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Assist in managing executive schedules, arranging meetings, and providing timely reminders.
Skillfully manage travel arrangements, making business trips smooth and hassle-free.
Take accurate dictations and minutes, ensuring essential information is captured.
Maintain office supplies and keep everything running smoothly.
Produce polished reports, presentations, and briefs for executive use.
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
Stay up-to-date with the latest office tools and applications for improved productivity.
Showcase Your Excellent Multitasking And Time Management Skills Daily.
Demonstrate high-level verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and diplomacy.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in similar administrative roles.
Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent Proficiency In MS Office And Other Essential Software.
Strong command of the English language.
Exemplary planning and time management abilities.
A proactive approach to adapting to advancements in office tools and technology.
Ability to prioritize and efficiently manage a busy workload.
High regard for confidentiality and a diplomatic approach to handling sensitive information.
Minimum of a high school qualification or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong candidate will have 10+ years of executive administrative assistant experience, supporting VP Level or C-Suite executives.
An associate’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
