This role requires a change-agent that drives collaborative processes through thoughtful analysis, foundational knowledge of our partnering business areas, and creative solutions that deliver a top-notch system experience.Duties and responsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst are:Troubleshooting and resolving production support issues timely and with exceptional customer serviceContinually analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR systemsDeveloping, processing, and maintaining reports of employee dataAnalyzing the business needs of stakeholders to recommend the appropriate application or design to address those needsEnsuring thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processesPreparing, maintaining, updating, and auditing employee dataManaging the successful implementation of system enhancements and configurationsIdentifying and taking on opportunities to enhance the end-user experienceSupporting HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assignedQualificationsA candidate’s qualifications will include:One to three years experience working with HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayUndergraduate degree preferredDetail-orientedExperience on projects during design, configure/build, implement, and stabilization phasesMust exhibit initiative and passion for outstanding resultsMust demonstrate intellectual curiosityExperience with Workday reporting and creating calculated fields is requiredFlexible and adaptable nature to work in a continuously evolving environmentMust be a team player and provide superior customer support.Business area knowledge with an understanding of HR processes and data a plusThorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Practical organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
