The Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate must know how to operate a Forklift. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for warehouse related duties that include order picking and receiving, truck loading and unloading, production support, cycle counts, verification for accuracy, quality of finished goods and raw materials both in and out bound, and the putting away of items in locations. Account abilities include accuracy of transactions, meeting established standards and goals and following established guidelines and procedures regarding safety, GMP, AIB and department work instructions.

Pay: $19.85/Hour+
Shift:
• Schedule for Days: 6AM-6PM,12-hour shifts, 4 days one week and 3 days the next week (3-2 schedule) Overtime is Available
• Schedule for Nights: 6PM-6AM,12-hour shifts, 4 days one week and 3 days the next week (3-2 schedule) Overtime is Available

Job Description of Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Operations
The Warehouse Associate must know how to operate a Forklift.
• Operate forklift equipment to perform required duties to support production, fill customer orders and ensure consistent flow of materials both inbound and outbound.
• Meet department goals for efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Fill customer and production orders accurately and efficiently, ensure that product is stored, received and shipped to quality standards.
• Perform timely and accurate transactions to maintain the integrity of inventory systems.
• Maintain department equipment by performing daily checks, maintain department KPI’s
• Perform cleaning as needed to maintain GMP/AIB requirements.
• Follows all policies and procedures regarding safety and participates in company and department safety initiatives.
• Communicates with all customers and team members in a courteous, prompt and accurate manner.
Minimum Qualifications
The Warehouse Associate must know how to operate a Forklift.
• High School diploma or equivalent (1) year of relevant warehouse experience
• Ability to pass vision test including:
Visual acuity-corrected vision of at least 20/40: peripheral and depth perception
• Must complete forklift certification upon hire
Desired Skills
• Basic Math, Computer and Mechanical Skills
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
• Proven ability to work independently
• Forklift experience (both stand-up and sit-down lift preferred)
