Full Job Description
Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources Department by providing fast, accurate and courteous service to all people who require information and assistance pertinent to their employment at Archcare.
Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure that new care members have passed all new hire compliance requirements and all necessary documentation has been received by the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, including, certification/licensure, two references, an evaluation test, CHRC consent; assists with the completion of all pre-employment medical.
Prepares for and conducts all new hire orientations.
Responsible for entering all employee information into the HHA Exchange system.
Maintains employee files via smart search and hard-copy files for regulatory surveys
Monitors employee status rosters on HHA exchange/CHRC/HCR and processes status changes as necessary.
