Ideal candidate has experience with AP/AR possesses, proficient knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel, and desires to be a long-term team member whom continues to learn and grow with our organization. Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable
- Electronic payment and retail operations reconciliations
- Prepare bookkeeping entries and adjustments
- Reconcile general ledgers, inventory, and other statements and activity reports for accuracy
- Prioritize work according to filing deadlines and workflow demands
- Represent the company in a positive light
- General admin tasks including, scanning. filing, rganizing
- Special Projects as needed
- Willingness to learn and grow into more challenging tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are a must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
