Armstrong School District Human Resources Manager 2021-22 Anticipated Human Resources Manager position available immediately.
Full time, twelve (12) month 260 days per year available immediately. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management or related field. Human resources experience required/public school experience preferred. Assumes main responsibilities for administrative and professional personnel, but not limited to, Workers Compensation Program, review and assistance in District personnel policy revisions, and overseeing the preparation of federal, state and local professional personnel reports. Strong communications and decision-making skills required.
