Description:
• Reviews Workday records to ensure quality and accuracy of record per processes/standards
• Completes system testing per the testing plans and helps information technology resolve any defects.
• Maintains policy and procedures documentation in support of business processes and end user training.
• Participates in case consultation of highly complex and escalated issues in support to human resources shared services.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of capabilities through self-service reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Human Resources systems required
Workday experience required
Fluent with Microsoft excel, (Vlook-up, pivot, sorting, etc)
Experience with HR data and employee records
Experience with labor contracts preferred
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
