Aston Carter Hiring for Human Resources Business Partner Job at Oklahoma City, OK Full Time

Description:

An Aston Carter client is re-organizing their HR department and needs up to 2 HR Business partners to assist with Employee relations, Investigations, and Policy questions in the interim.

Though this position will be starting off as a (6 months) contracted position, placement could convert to permanent for the right candidate.

Skills:

$38-$42.30/hr based on experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of HR experience, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations throughout. *this will be a large portion of their job duties, so the candidate must have a passion for this side of HR*
• Bachelors degree required to convert (in the future for perm).
• Willing to work on-site, a hybrid schedule “may” be available in the future but not guaranteed at the moment.

Office in healthcare environment.
