Description:
The HR coordinator will support the HRBP team on general HR inquiries, reporting, and provide support to the HRBP Mailbox. Process terminations and review exit survey data, Perform data entry in HRIS system, Supporting team on analysis or reporting as requested, Answer general Tier 1 inquiries on policies/procedures and determine appropriate level of escalation as needed, Audit reports and/or acknowledgements for compliance and progress towards completion, Help maintain associate files
