Key responsibilities
To provide superior service to our key clients while anticipating their needs and delivering fast and impactful results and provide assistance with department initiatives within the HR Services Department. May be assigned specific duties within this department on an on-going basis.
Review, interpret and compile documents in response to onboarding, offboarding or day to day HR support for WSEs as well as compile data and conduct research as needed basis for various required audits or requests.
Respond to employees’ requests such as employment verifications, and personnel file requests in a timely manner.
Demonstrate a high-performance culture within HR Shared Services ensuring delivery of timely support to the business and ensure HR Shared Services processes are compliant to the standards determined by the relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunity for change and working with the HR Service delivery team and VP HR to deliver enhancements.
Develop strong relationships with global services teams (Customer Success Manager, Payroll, Sales & Accounting).
Partner with internal stakeholders and proactively identify new solutions to ensure cross-functional operational efficiency.
Manage day-to-day relationship with external relocation and vendors to ensure continuous level of service.
Provide ad hoc reporting to clients i.e., payroll, invoicing, etc. and resolve employee issue escalations and manage escalated exception requests working closely with management, HR Manager’s and leadership.
About You
5+ years of Global HR experience.
You have a strong background in global HR operations.
You have experience working in a large global organization with high volumes and big teams, ideally within HR Services and have a global mindset that understands how to implement services on a global level and adapt accordingly.
You have a background in working with KPIs, service levels, etc.
You have previous experience in global HR services management.
You have a strong stakeholder management skill – both internal and external, at a senior level and a strong mind-set aligned to delivering customer service.
You have strong understanding of tax and payroll implications of cross state/country moves.
Your ability to stay organized and effectively handle a large case load at a high velocity, while providing spectacular customer experience.
Your ability to effectively convey complex guidance to client, employees, cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
You have experience developing, writing, reading and as needed implementing global policies.
Your awareness of quality control, risk, and compliance issues.
Your ability and willingness to attend calls to accommodate different time zones.
Your ability to build presentations, provide data and present.
