Perform audits on HR processes and procedures to determine risk and put processes in place to correct and mitigate.
Partner and collaborate with business/operational leaders and team members to achieve organizational goals.
Responsible for electronic team member file maintenance.
Create, train and monitor HR file compliance for team members electronic files
Create training and how to guides for the hospital team members and leaders.
Lead education sessions with peers and leaders.
Prepare and drive survey audits and delivery to ensure AH successfully pass and minimize potential risk exposure to Augusta Health.
HR files are compliant and DNV audit ready
Manage Policy Compliance for HR Division
Audit HR policies are reviewed and up to date
Support HR departments in updating respective policies for publishing
Be a resource for HR policy questions.
Provide detail data reporting of findings and recommendations for next steps, after careful analysis
Coordinates efforts for Virginia Employment Commission in partnership with the HR Business Partner and Leaders within the organization, invoice updates and review for payments or letters for denials.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Collaborates across the HR Division in a proactive way.
This position will partner with OHR staff to resolve any issues, make recommendations, and participate in other key HR compliance initiatives
Participate in annual continuing education session offered by outside organizations and vendors
Support the Employee Relations team as needed, including triaging cases, completing exit interviews and other project work as assigned
Thorough knowledge of employment law, compensation best practices, organizational planning and development
Demonstrated project management skills
Proven track record of building and improving operational processes and procedures
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills, required
Solid understanding of HR Systems, policies, and operations
Ability to research, analyze, and interpret data
Ability to assess current state programs to make recommendations for and execute improvements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
