Bring your experience orchestrating marketing journeys using a CRM software (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud), strong communications skills ,ability to work collaboratively with IT developers and business stakeholders to this exciting role. POSITION SUMMARY
This position will direct and oversee integrated marketing programs and strategies by driving the development of an overarching strategic foundation for the enterprise marketing team to ensure coordination of activities across enterprise teams. This role is accountable for the marketing technology architecture, roadmap and maturity while mapping to current and cross functional capabilities and capability roadmaps in collaboration with insurance, technology and systems, and vendor partners. This position must lead cross-functional teams to bridge the insurance, regulatory, and IT functions: Understand the needs, requirements, and uses cases of the marketing organization and our insurance partners. Additionally, the role will advise executives in developing functional strategies.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Design/create optimal customer journeys based on insurance partner expectations. Lead journey map review sessions to provide guidance on journey requirements from a technical design perspective. Translate the insurance requirements into technical requirements ensuring their place and execution to specification on the roadmap.
2. Distills insurance and marketing strategies into phased roadmaps according to priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies. Manage and align roadmap phases to executable use cases.
3. Enable and support insurance prospect and customer journeys and experiences through personalization, segmentation, optimization, marketing intelligence and actionable insights.
4. Partner with IT partners in identifying inter-dependent systems and responsible teams for desired integrations
5. Determine efficiencies in audience selection process to lead in improvement processes and decreased cycle time
6. Direct aligned insurance partners in creating strategies.
7. Support change management needs for effective adoption of current and future technologies including training where needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of marketing, advertising or related field as normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor s degree in business or marketing.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in marketing technology or related field in roles such as but not limited to: professional services roles like a Business/Solution Architect, Technical Program Manager; Digital and operational roles involving Online/Mobile/Content/eCommerce marketing, UX, Web Analytics, Optimization, Personalization, etc.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and designing marketing journeys to drive engagement. Experience with Agile marketing. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage analytics and data insights to drive marketing optimization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business. Prior health system or health insurance industry experience. Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement. Experience with SQL.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
