Pharmaceuticals HR Partner
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities for this role, are to:
Provide on demand advise, data-based analysis and coaching for business leaders in the organization on aspects of:
Integrated Talent Management: leader assimilations, retention needs, guidance and approach for leader led talent reviews and talent development;
I&D Guidance / Interventions;
Performance Management: advise and appropriate management of compliance and legal needs;
Total Rewards: annual compensation practices (Merit, STI, LTI, TPA, Structural Budget,) and ad-hoc compensation needs within teams;
On demand support to implement org. changes; provide labor & employee relations expertise. Close collaboration with employee representatives;
Delivers HR support & advise or solutions to the selected target managers for other “ad hoc” HR topics, promoting a delivery model based on self management, agility & digital mindset;
As part of a flexible & agile team participate and lead different projects and transformation initiatives creating solutions responding to changing business needs in cooperation with HR Partner Lead, Talent Leads and HR Site Heads and leveraging the HR ecosystem;
Keep up to date about the solutions & trends for relevant / assigned HR topics (in which role is focal HR Partner). Update the HR Partner Lead & team, specifically around the impact on policies and initiatives;
Acts as role model for LIFE values, fostering inclusion, accountability and working with agile methodologies. Also promoting new ways of working.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelors’ degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a masters + 7 years relevant experience or relevant education preferred and work experience 5 years of HRBP experience;
Pharma/Healthcare experience;
Critical skills: Learning agility to address multiple projects /HR need in different business groups;
Comfortable working in flexible and agile team settings and embracing new ways of working , Strong team player and collaborator
Strong interpersonal skills, including building trustful relationships, influencing, challenging, conflict resolution, consulting and coaching leaders;
HR Expertise: deep and broad knowledge of operational HR portfolio;
Business acumen: understanding of related business drivers, challenges, and opportunities;
Good problem-solving capabilities with a strong outcome / solution orientation;
Good organizational skills and strong in reducing complexity;
Competence and willingness to leverage digital technology and data to interpret and generate talent and organizational insights.
