Position Title: Human Resources Specialist, Staffing
Classification: Non-exempt
Reporting Relationship: Supervisor, BT/RBT Talent Acquisition Manager
Travel Required: 5% (monthly team meetings)

Location: King of Prussia, PA with regular travel to Woodbury, NJ (Hybrid schedule available with supervisor approval after initial training completed)
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement staffing procedures under the goal to staff referrals within 14 days:
Intakes referral information from the clinical team. Evaluates referral information for compliance with Behavior Interventions, equal employment opportunity and other labor standards.
Maintains accurate record of all open referrals and provides timely communication and updates to pertinent stakeholders.
Sources internal candidates for placement; ensuring minimum qualifications are met
Collaborates with recruiters to identify external candidates to fill open referrals
Confirms staff placement
Maintain accurate record of staff schedules, availability and goal hours to ensure optimization of scheduling:
Provides bi-weekly schedule/goal hours audits for assigned clinical staff
Follows up with staff on any schedule discrepancies including missed appointments or reduced schedules
Ensures employees follow scheduling expectations for their held position per staffing and employment policies and procedures
Collaborates with supervisors and the employee relations team to manage performance expectations in relation to session attendance
Provides general support to the human resources and talent management teams:
Seeks opportunities to improve overall staffing procedures. Streamlines procedures utilizing software programs established within the company (ie. ADP, G-Suite, CentralReach) or new programs. Submits or discusses improvement recommendations or proposals to leadership that includes pertinent information to support informed decision making.
Maintains current knowledge and supports the dissemination of information on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Addresses employee relations issues respective to the designated specialty.
Interprets, communicates and advises on human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations under the guidance of the department supervisor and employee relations manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma and 2 years of professional work experience required
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field preferred
12+ months of human resource administration experience, preferably with staffing or recruitment
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Organizational/time management/prioritization
Proficient technical/computer skills (ie ability to successfully utilize G-suite applications, HRIS (ADP) and other electronic software programs)
Experience in or understanding of Behavior Analysis or related field preferred

Monthly Benefit/Reimbursement: $300 per month medical contribution when employee works 30 hours per week. $600 per month in the second year of employment.
Employee may defer benefits for applicable reasons and claim up to 50% of the monthly benefit contribution as pay in lieu of benefits or for expense reimbursement
