We currently have an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated Human Resources Onboarding Specialist. The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist will be tasked with a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, procedures, and also complete tasks assigned by the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee office and administrative tasks
- Update employee database records
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Complete daily reports as assigned
- Possess strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (must be skilled in developing spreadsheets, and charts, utilizing pivot tables and V Look-up
- Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
