The Human Resource Manager will work closely with the Director of Human Resources in execution of strategy driven policies, processes and programs to support our growing organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management the HR team and routine functions within the department. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the HR functions in a diverse medical environment. Position requires the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements, strong leadership skills, prior experience managing sensitive employee relation concerns, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong process oriented organizational skills. HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

All final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a Level 2 (fingerprinting required) background screening and a pre-employment drug screening.
