The Investigator is expected to participate in an atmosphere that promotes trust, creativity, open and honest feedback, accountability, and personal development.
Must be willing to jump into any task and help whenever or wherever needed. This person must be a self-starter and be willing to learn all aspects of the business.
Essential Duties
Education/Experience
Paralegal certification or juris doctorate degree
Bachelor’s Degree
At least three years of experience in either HR or employment law
At least three years of experience working in a law firm or legal department setting
EEO Investigator Certification required (Firm may assist in securing, if necessary)

Work Environment
The Firm largely works ‘virtually’ vis-à-vis its clients. The Firm works out of a home-based office located in Greenwood Village, CO. At least 40 hours a week is anticipated. The Investigator will be primarily working alongside the Managing Director and Lead Investigator; with routine interaction with clients, other employees and/or contractors.
