* Own all aspects of payroll and benefits processing, reporting, issue resolving
* Onboard all new employees lead new employee orientation, process benefit enrollments, input data into HR databases
* Create and provide data needed for various reports, both within the HR department and also for Accounting and members of leadership
* Maintain all employee files
* Manage day-to-day tactical work while not losing sight of the bigger picture, using knowledge of details to meaningfully contribute to decisions made in and outside of the HR department
