Brookwood Auto Group is looking for a full-time, experienced Accounting Clerk & HR Administrator to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable and Payables processing
- Preparing Bank Deposits, Petty Cash maintenance
- HR documentation, Time Clock management, HR Payroll preparation
- Track vehicle receivables, and titles in Google Sheets
- Assist with DMV title and document processing
- Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Skilled in Office 365 and/or G Suite applications
- Automotive industry experience and/or bilingual a plus
