The California State Water Project (SWP) is a multi-purpose water storage and delivery system. The project is considered an engineering marvel that has helped fuel California’s population boom and economic prosperity since its initial construction.
The State Water Project Analysis Office’s mission is to administer the SWP budget planning process, fairly and equitably allocate expenditures to all project beneficiaries, and determine the SWP Contractors’ annual changes.
The State Water Project Analysis Office is looking for a decisive and compassionate individual to lead the team and advance quantifiable milestones for the SWP financial management.
This position s to Financial Manager, State Water Project and is a member of the SWP leadership team under the direction of the Deputy Director, SWP.
The SWPAO Manager participates in decision making affecting the SWP’s financial plans and programs; advises the SWP Deputy Director and Financial Manager on all significant SWP financial matters; and coordinates closely with the Division of Fiscal Services’ Manager regarding SWP bond financing matters.
