YOUR ROLE
Based in Boston, as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the North America Region you will be an integral part of the Global People Leadership Team as well as the North America Leadership Team.
You will provide expert guidance to management, providing leadership in developing a culture that facilitates high employee engagement, enabling superior performance in accordance with the company’s objectives. Working in close conjunction with Global People Team colleagues for the effective delivery of HR services and strategic initiatives across all aspects of the employee life-cycle including; attraction and selection, diversity & inclusion, learning and development, engagement, performance management and retention.
DAY TO DAY
Delivery of HR Operations
Empowers and develops the North America People Team, providing day to day leadership and integration with the Global People Team
Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices; ensure policies and employee handbook are up to date and compliant, ensuring consistent application of company policies globally, while at same time recognizing cultural and/or statutory differences.
Manages Global Mobility in conjunction with the broader Global People Team, providing an engaging and smooth experience for employees
Oversight of all Immigration activity to ensure compliance within Government deadlines
Partnering with each division to evaluate their hiring needs and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process working closely with the UK Head of Recruitment and managing the North America Recruitment team
Manages and oversees the North America People Team to ensure the efficient administration of all staff systems from onboarding to departure, ensuring accurate record keeping and adherence to audit standards.
Work closely with the Global People Team to develop, implement and maintain a meaningful and accurate salary and promotions administration process (job descriptions, salary review and benchmarking, and profit share program, etc.) that promotes consistency, internal equity and marketplace competitiveness
Delivery of strategy
Contribute to both company strategy and the Global people plan as a member of the Global People Team and North America leadership team. Lead on development and delivery as required
Ensure strategy is well executed and delivers the desired outcomes for North America Region, particularly in respect of talent acquisition; productivity, retention, engagement and cost
Advise the North America leadership team on people issues and effectively implement new or improved programs, policies, and processes to mitigate risk.
Employee Relations and Performance
Provide coaching to managers to develop their managerial and leadership skills and empower them to increase confidence in leading teams, delivering high quality performance and development conversations and resolving common employee related situations independently
Act as a point of escalation on HR issues cross all areas of employee relations; performance, conduct, capability, and provide the necessary oversight to ensure the issues are managed in line with company policy, best practice and current legislation
Act as a visible and approachable resource for all employees, bringing people together and reinforcing an engaging and positive sense of team
Organizational Development and Culture
Ensure the best experience and support of each employee life-cycle (hiring, onboarding, development, reward, environment, offboarding)
Establish our employer brand- positioning the company as an employer of choice
Develop a comprehensive talent engagement and retention plan to support growth
Play a key role in the development and delivery of DEI strategy
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify diverse talent both internally and externally for all levels and positions, meeting our Affirmative Action Plan commitments
Work closely with the Head of Global L&D to develop and implement key learning and development strategies including Leadership development programmes

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in human resource management, preferably in a professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
