About Our Company
CE Medical Group is a third-party medical billing and consulting company. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will help recruit talent for the company and perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This position could potentially also be assisting with our sister company, Apex Biologix as needed.
Responsibilities:
Compile data into excel reports, analyze data for accuracy and trends
Recruiting for our company as well as clients
Helping build office culture with planning events
Bookkeeping
Onboarding new hires
Other miscellaneous projects
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets is a must
Accounting and Quick Books experience a plus
