• Manage all employee relations concerns for assigned business units
• Partner with all levels of leadership within the business units to align HR strategy with business goals and objectives ,direction, and vision.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Provide performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, including terminations)
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
• Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and top talent development
