We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator at our Troy, Ohio manufacturing location.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, etc.
2. Prepares source documentation for new hires or effective changes in pay, status or benefits.
3. Establishes, maintains and controls personnel, employee, and recruitment records.
4. Provide recruiting support for plant positions.
5. Coordinates various Human Resources events and meetings.
6. Prepares paperwork needed to create new employee profile and place new employee on payroll.
7. Assist with open enrollment, new hire orientation and training as required.
8. Assist with bi-weekly payroll as required.
