Job Overview
The Human Resource Data Operations team will represent Coca-Cola Consolidated in all HR master data design/execution strategies. The Director, HR Data Operations Team will collaborate with other functions to ensure the HR Data is structured and delivered in a way that maximizes automated functionality, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data. This role will ensure master data best practices and data standards are followed and drive continuous improvement efforts for the department; serve as the Product Owner of all HR master data system-related requirements and will develop personnel to their fullest potential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Leverage SAP experience and MDM best practice guidelines; to provide proven insight and direction around how the HR system should be designed and utilized
Propose, educate and influence the overall organization around the value of master data principles, master data standards/designs, usage, and downstream operational impacts
Work with key leaders to influence master data strategy/design decisions to drive overall improvement of HR processes and data integrity
Ensure alignment on business processes and the data required to support the processes
Ensure procedure documents for data maintenance processes support/enforce the data standards.
Track all requirements from definition though implementation; including deployment planning and change management, to ensure business value is realized
Establish best practice guidelines for HR data maintenance and utilization; including role-based permissions, workflow requirements, and reporting capabilities while maintaining data security and employee privacy
Develop and implement policies and standards related to HR MDM; including, all HR data standards. Establishes quality control processes and provides guidance/support to the maintenance organization in executing the processes/reporting
Drive HR MDM initiatives within the HR department and across the enterprise (i.e., data conversion/clean up projects)
Identify ways to gain efficiencies between HR and other systems; that require HR master data to ensure consistency is maintained
Serve as Business Process Lead for all data decisions within Coke Consolidated and represent Coke Consolidated in the shared bottler technology governance council.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
5+ years leading Master Data organizations AND/OR
5+ years functional experience in SAP OM/PA and Success Factors suite AND/OR
5+ years of leading teams that support day to day operations activities, preferably bottling operations experience
Prior experience leading HR data maintenance organizations and personnel management, including quality control monitoring
Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization, based on proven execution
Ability to establish data strategies and objectives and achieve buy-in throughout the organization
Experience establishing data standards, conducting data transformation/cleansing projects and correlating governance procedures
Prior experience in defining and leading Master Data Strategy and Governance
Prior managerial experience
Understanding of the SAP data structures, fields, and how to best utilize the master data solution
Project management experience
Ability to influence across functions within Coke Consolidated and across the bottling partnerships.
Self-motivated, assertive, with a strong desire for learning
Strong written, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; to and or for all levels of audiences
Strong collaboration skills and influencing abilities
Coke system experience, knowledge of SAP OM/PM, Success Factors Employee Central a strong plus
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
5+ years leading Master Data organizations AND/OR
5+ years functional experience in SAP OM/PA and Success Factors suite AND/OR
5+ years of leading teams that support day to day operations activities, preferably bottling operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience
