General Purpose
The Talent Manager- Learning, assesses the capabilities and skill of both new hires and existing associates according to set standards to ensure they are adequately prepared to perform their role with focus in the technical roles. Additionally, the role directly facilitates or supports in the facilitation of structured, scripted hands-on training to CCSWB associates.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and maintain AC Technical School and AC Leaders School in collaboration with Corporate, CCSWB leadership & Subject Matter Experts.
Implement and maintain regulatory compliance training to include Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental courses.
Develop and maintain training content as needed.
Design and manage Learning processes, governance, and deployment.
Manage Learning data and metrics for CCSWB & AC Corporate. Build and analyze baseline and routine data reviews across multiple levels: with the Executive Leadership Team, internal and external surveys and goal setting.
Design and implement the CCSWB Learning. Partner with HRBPs & Leaders to build and deploy curriculum across CCSWB.
Design and manage CCSWB Learning Communication Strategy, leveraging key communication vehicles.
Work with HRBPs, Senior business leaders & Talent Managers of Performance & Culture to create strategic learning and capability building plans that align with business strategies and people development goals.
Create and implement Role-Specific Learning Paths based on role criticality.
Assess Company-wide learning, developmental and organizational capability needs for their assigned business function(s) to drive business initiatives.
Manage the training resources effectively & efficiently including training email box, calendar, and budget.
Collaborate with CCSWB leadership teams on new initiatives to determine necessary training resources needed.
Partner with Corporate for AC wide training initiatives to include deployment strategy & review of training materials (translation & content).
Manage all KPIs related to Training
Provide as training records as needed for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Masters degree desired
Spanish speaking desired
