About the Role

The HR Technology Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HR tools and technology ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the company and the People Team. This role will develop a comprehensive end-to-end HR technology strategy that provides a seamless and scalable user and internal experience that enables the People team, leadership, and teammates to be most effective in their day-to-day work. As an HR Tech Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the HRIS (UKG) including implementation, rollout, and ongoing maintenance and enhancements. What You’ll do

• Collaborates with the People Team and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives

• Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of the HRIS and other HR technology (Lattice, Greenhouse, etc.)

• Partners across the organization to understand business needs and use root cause analysis to recommend solutions.

• Partners with People Analytics to prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to leadership

• Manages all HR Tech contracts

• Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports

• Provides user training and hands-on support

• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

• Serve as the application SME (subject matter expert); review reporting options, provide analysis and input in the implementation and upgrade of HR applications and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
