Job Summary:
Suburban Pittsburgh international company seeks induvial for the administration, coordination and evaluation of the labor and employee relations functions. Primary responsibility for management and direction of labor & employee relations; as well as providing support for other HR functions as required such as recruiting, compensation, benefits and pension programs. The incumbent is responsible for managing the labor & employee relations activities according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices; collective bargaining agreements; and in accordance with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
