PURPOSE:
Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Operations Manager and in the role of Leave Administrator, you will be involved in the daily administration, and development of process and policy for our corporate-wide leave program. Activities include the daily administration of federal and state leaves, short and long-term disability leaves as well as medical (COVID), military, and other personal leaves for our employees in the United States and Canada. This position will also administer the accommodations related to ADA (American Disabilities Act).
OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity to help build our leave administration processes, policies and program in both the United States and Canada. You will be the sole person responsible for the day-to-day administration, and will work with our employees, their manager, payroll, and the Human Resource Business Partners to efficiently process leave claims and communicate with multiple parties on employee leave status.
