Job Summary

Consultwebs is looking to add a Payroll & Benefits Specialist with a winning attitude, outstanding communication, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing benefits programs, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with:
Each team member is expected to contribute to the culture and profitability of the company daily by adhering to core values and holding others accountable to do the same, following company policies, and seeking to fulfill the company?s mission and vision through efficiently performing key responsibilities and goals based on role and department.
Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, among others.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies.
Ensure data accuracy in our HR systems.
Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Maintain & pay all sales commissions.
Complete employee verification requests.
