Our Investor & Public Relations’ firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self starter as a senior administrative assistant to assist with daily tasks and HR/billing projects as needed. This position is partially remote, you will only be required to be in office as needed. (Fridays WFH). We are looking for an experienced human resources administrative assistant and bookkeeper to join our team. For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with vendors and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you should be able to support our VP of Operations and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
