Location: This position can be 100% telework.
Role and responsibilities include:
Support full lifecycle recruiting activities for high volume recruiting efforts
Work with multiple managers/business areas recruiting for a wide range of functional and technical skill sets supporting Nonproliferation and International Security, Defense Intelligence and Homeland Security, Technology Solutions, Business Development, and Corporate Infrastructure
Facilitate process with managers to open new requisitions and post jobs
Maintain candidate records and recruiting data throughout recruiting process to final disposition/requisition close
Respond to quick turnaround requests from program and corporate management and adapt to requirement and schedule shifts to meet changing requirements
Serve as a corporate ambassador to build networking relationships with potential hires and present a positive and inviting work environment consistent with corporate practices
Maintain an understanding of corporate hiring goals to proactively build a candidate pipeline
Conduct research about programs and skill sets and verify with hiring managers that all hiring requirements are clearly understood to ensure focused recruiting efforts
Conduct thorough resume reviews and phone screens and provide hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview recommendations
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in high volume recruiting
Effective written and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with internal and external contacts
Must be an excellent listener to effectively learn from our internal team and communicate with candidates
Ability to manage workload and adhere to prioritized schedule to meet deadlines
Ability to evaluate resumes and provide evaluation of fit aligned with hiring requirements
Ability to source and identify qualified candidates against tight timelines
Experience developing Boolean strings and conducting efficient resume sourcing
Experience conducting phone screens to assess potential fit
Experience developing job descriptions and reviewing requisition requests before posting
Experience sourcing resumes and posting jobs
U.S. citizenship
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with recruiting in healthcare
Experience with recruiting in government contracts
Experience with recruiting in international recruiting efforts
Experience supporting surge recruiting efforts
Bilingual Spanish Speaking
