Our HR Business Partner team is supported by our HR Professional Services, HR Generalists, and HR Operations teams, which enables our HR Business Partners to focus primarily on leader development.
Due to growth in our organization and developmental opportunities for our current HR Business Partners, we have multiple HR Business Partner opportunities available, including partnering with our Design & Development, Manufacturing, and Services divisions.
What are my responsibilities?
Your responsibilities will focus on accelerating Daktronics success through people, by partnering with leaders on people strategies and initiatives, capacity and capability planning, organizational structures, continuous improvement while practicing and teaching behavioral based coaching methodologies.
You will partner with other HR Business Partners and HR teams to foster best practices consistent with Daktronics philosophies.
Where will I work?
Daktronics offers the flexibility to work from home or campus locations. This opportunity is open to U.S. based candidates. Exact working hours are flexible, but this position will be based on working during regular business hours in the Central time zone.

Helpful previous experiences include collaborative decision making, managing projects, communicating with individuals and groups, coaching and mentoring. Especially helpful is experience in supervising or in HR.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Supervisory or Human Resources experience preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
Ability to effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to meet all workplace safety requirements, which includes following safety protocols related to COVID-19.
