HR Manager

Benefits and Pay Range
· Pay Range: $60,000-$80,000
· 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
· Benefits include medical insurance, 401K, PTO and paid holidays, a flexible schedule, quarterly bonuses
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage HRIS and all HR data – Paylocity system
· Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll and quarterly bonus payroll
· Process off-cycle payments, garnishments, and support orders
· Respond to internal HR and payroll-related questions
· Coach Front Line Leaders in performance management procedures
· Manage employee relations issue: investigations, conflict resolution, etc.
· Handle disciplinary issues and terminations
· Administer employee benefits programs: health insurance and 401k plans
· Maintain and update Employee Handbook and other policies and procedures
· Manage Workers’ Compensation claims
· Set up and conduct Orientation
· Manage the recruitment/hiring process and support hiring managers: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
· Models Design Imaging values (Innovation, Respect, Integrity, Transparency, Quality and Financial Intelligence)
· Communicates and leads company culture
Requirements and Qualifications
· 3+ years of related experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related fields or relevant equivalent work experience
· Experience with Paylocity preferred
· Professional Human Resource (PHR) or (SPHR) Certification preferred
· Ability to develop strong working relationships
· Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation
· Maintains current knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
· Excellent communication skills, written and oral
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
