You are a seasoned Human Resources Manager who believes in compliance & supporting your workforce. With a strong foundation & understanding of human resources, you are ready to take on all facets of HR including hiring, pay, benefits, leave, worker’s compensation & more. What will you be doing?
Providing support & guidance to management for issues that arise.
Educate team members on company benefits & retirement.
Enforce compliance with company policy & procedures.
Complete risk analysis to minimize company liability.
Manage the company’s workers’ compensation program(s).
What skills you bring to the table
Proven foundation in HR management.
Excellent understanding of federal & state Legislation.
The ability to work under pressure with shifting deadlines.
Great experience with Worker’s Compensation laws & procedures.
What your background looks like
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of human resources experience.
An equivalent amount of education & experience may be substituted
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
1+ year of transportation experience preferred.

$90,000 – $110,000 per year.
