Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Process HR transactions accurately based on research, personnel-specific information and company business rules including rehires, terms and employee life cycle changes
• Create, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
• Provide HR support for core HR processes, as well as ad hoc projects and requests.
• Participates in internal and external audits
• Assists Senior HRIS Analyst with various research projects and/or special projects.
  • Includes, but is not limited to remediation of Legacy I-9 files in current I-9 management vendor system.
  • Includes, but is not limited to auditing dates of employment within HRIS
• Sets up/Audits all new employees into multiple HR databases.
• Files papers and documents into appropriate employee online files.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with I-9 completion and retention (e.g. USCIS guidelines, I-9 form, etc.)
• Comfortable with basic Excel functions (e.g. v-lookup, filtering, formatting, etc.)
