Onboarding Specialist Job Description
An Onboarding Specialist’s goal is to onboard new partners into the Enerflo platform. Tasks include data and document collection from partners, interacting with customers and team members, and customizing the application while meeting deadlines. This role will report to the Onboarding Lead and Project Manager, working closely with the sales engineer, onboarding trainer and live teams to help support our growing solar SaaS platform. Our employees not only need to have the skillset, they also need to have the right attitude and mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Onboard new partners into the Enerflo platform
Work with Sales Engineer on processing partners data & documentation
Annotate partners documents in Enerflo user interface
Build and organize application survey questions
Actively participate in partner interactive onboarding training calls
Utilize a project management software for task management
Actively partner with peer group to ensure quality assurance
Participate in product support and troubleshooting via an on-call support team
Escalate concerns and requests to development team, as needed
Requirements
Understanding of Solar industry a positive, but not required
Position is 100% remote and availability during normal business hours a must
Must provide own computer equipment
Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of programming and how programming logic functions
Basic mathematical and problem solving skills
Comfortable learning and using software
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
