Title: Senior HR Manager / Administrator

Responsibilities Include:
Lead the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, consultants and student
Employees issue and complete checklists, schedule and lead new hire orientations
Maintain documentation including Google Groups, floor & phone directories,
orientation materials, internal site content, staff org chart and more.
Maintaining program documentation, communications, and other content
Track Code of Conduct completion for contractors
Managing confidential records
Arranging program activities and coordinating meetings
Maintaining the IT Engagement Web Publishing and Wiki pages
Managing the IT Engagement Google calendar
Create reports related to onboarding, off-boarding, orientations, and events
Draft workplace guides as needed
