Your mission is to champion and translate FRL Content Organization’s business needs into short and long-term work items that keep our internal tools evolving in lock-step with the Organization’s growth. You will be joining a diverse team of program and project managers that support a growing and multi-disciplinary organization focused on bringing high quality experiences to the Metaverse product lines, such as Quest VR headsets. This is a tailor-made role for a skilled Program Manager with deep knowledge in the Salesforce platform and project management tools. You are a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience managing teams and navigating complex organizational structures. You bring robust project management, design and technical skills to remove ambiguity and deliver tooling solutions that propel work forward faster through intuitive UX and integrated backend systems. This is a highly cross-functional role, and you will partner closely with Sourcing leads, Developer Relations, Producers, Engineers, Operations, UX Research, Legal, Product and Analytics teams.
- Own relationship with internal partner team to maintain and evolve FRL Content Organization’s Salesforce instance
- Represent FRL Content Organization and act as a liaison with team members and across partner teams to define dependencies for user stories, coordinate project deliverables, testing, operations to remediate efforts for deficiencies
- Own roadmap definition and prioritization, drive scope and resource planning with partner team leads
- Set expectations with stakeholders and partner team to ensure deadlines are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon, communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Own Salesforce Development Framework, evolving processes and implementing change as needed
- Drive planning and execution of complex integration projects, building collaborative relationships across Facebook Reality Labs to achieve results through influence
- Partner with Tools Project Managers to create, maintain and deliver end user training and documentation
- Create deliverables such as, project roadmap, project plans, resource plans, short presentation decks
- Manage a team responsible for live operations, user enablement, planning and executing against the vision and roadmap to enable the organization’s growth
- 7+ years proven experience in program management, driving Salesforce CRM initiatives as individual contributor or through managing teams
- Extensive knowledge in Salesforce and platform solutions with proven experience driving architecture, data models, UX design and system integration to achieve successful outcomes
- Proficiency in multiple productivity tools such as JIRA, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, flowchart tools such as Visio/LucidChart, with experience integrating with Salesforce
- Capable of identifying cross-functional inter-dependencies quickly, experience in developing business relationships including: requirements definition, functional specification creation, testing, root cause analysis with experience weighing business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates
- Proven experience successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines at and keep a calm and collected approach during times of high pressure
- Interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and internal partner teams
- 5+ years experience working with external vendors
- 3+ years experience managing teams
- Salesforce Certification(s)
- BA/BSc, or equivalent
- Experience with workflows and systems for digital content development and publishing
- Experience with software development life cycles, publishing to digital stores and supporting a live service
- Familiarity with the VR industry, consumer products and digital content
