Hiring Range: $60,819.20 to $84,011 ($29.24 to $40.39 per hour). Starting rate will depend on experience, education, and qualifications. Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within Anoka County.

Are you detail oriented? Do you like to problem-solve to ensure equipment is working effectively and efficiently? The Facilities Engineer III oversees the daily activities for repairing or maintaining a variety of equipment necessary for the operation of County facilities. This position will have a new and different work environment every day and will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for the safety, comfort, security, and beautification of facilities County-wide. The Facilities Engineer IV serves as an expert knowledge resource and leader for the facilities engineering team and is the lead point of contact for facilities maintenance, problem solving, and will evaluate the need for changes or recommendations regarding facility systems.

The Anoka County Facilities Management and Construction Department is committed to providing the highest standard of excellence in keeping all county facilities safe, clean, comfortable, and with a well-maintained environment.
These full-time, non-exempt, benefit-eligible position is located at a variety of Anoka County properties. This position requires an on-call rotation. The working hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interviews will take place as applications are received.
