Your Role
We are entering one of the most exciting growth stages in a startup and are looking for experienced People Partners to help us scale. You join one of our cross functional departments as a key people partner. With a focus on staff engagement, retention, and development, you partner with and coach leads in the department while contributing to a company-wide focus topic. We look forward to your passion for meaningful personal and professional growth, solving challenges through coaching, and empowering the people around you.
Your Responsibilities

Ultimately, your goal is to ensure a high decision making quality across the department in line with our organizational values.
Develop and implement scalable people processes that support meaningful growth: You constantly analyze, challenge, and innovate on our staff engagement, development, and retention strategies. You dig into engagement data, and gain deep insight into our people experiences through qualitative and quantitative feedback from the team.
Contribute to company wide people processes and projects: Each People team at FINN has a company wide focus topic. Thus, you become an expert in and develop strategies and tactics in fields like recruiting, assessment, personal development, employer branding, compensation, payroll & benefits, or internal collaboration & communication.
Navigate hypergrowth with the team: You partner closely with the department’s Recruiting Partner and VP People to anticipate growing pains, support interviewing, conduct onboardings, lead feedback cycles, or coach through promotions and offboardings. You support across the full scope of People.
