Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team. The Human Resources (HR) Director is an executive role on the senior leadership team that establishes and implements Frazer’s human capital management goals and long-term strategies. The HR Director personally manages a team of four or more HR, recruiting, and administrative professionals to lead and implement the following: Organizational strategy and design, staffing and overtime models, talent acquisition and retention, onboarding, HR operations, a departmental budget, a Total Compensation strategy, benefits administration, professional development and career progression plans, and performance management. The HR Director is expected to champion new technologies and drive change in the organization as needed to meet strategic objectives. At present, aggressive recruiting and employee retention is the highest priority. While a significant office presence is required, a Hybrid work schedule with some remote work may be acceptable.
Success for this role will be measured by reducing employee turnover rates, achieving hiring goals, and continuing to improve employee morale as measured by the Employee Engagement surveys and “Top Workplaces” awards.

Of course, we didn’t forget salary… Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $125,000-$160,000.00 annually with bonus potential, depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule
The Human Resources Director will work Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Occasional evening/weekend work may be needed. A hybrid work schedule is negotiable. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
