The HR Specialist – HRIS s the subject matter expert (SME) for FBH’s HRIS system, Workday. The HR Specialist – HRIS has a detailed knowledge of all aspects of Workday and is the primary point person within Human Resources for configuration, reporting, testing, updating, and overseeing HRIS security management. This role is actively engaged in ensuring FBH utilizes Workday system capabilities and leads researching, solutioning, and resolving Workday related matters. The HRIS Specialist acts as a resource to other Workday users and leads and is involved in development of training material for Workday utilization.
